Job Related Skills: Customer service experience is a plus. Phone etiquette, basic computer skills, problem solving, and effective soft skills required. Ability to help with general facility tasks also required.
Customer service is very important in this position, and does require a level of conflict resolution with peers and members.
Hours vary with schedule, and could include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends.
Routine mandatory staff evaluations are required.
Federal Work Study Student preferred.
