Senior Low Code Automation Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN

As the RPA Senior Low Code Automation Analyst at Asurion, you will be part of the finance Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. This key hybrid position will be responsible for working with the business teams performing end to end lifecycle management identifying and documenting business requirements, developing, testing (QA & UAT), and ultimately deploying automations. Senior Low Code Automation Analysts may also lead daily team stand up meetings, bi-weekly sprint planning meetings, maintain the group calendar, help prioritize the RPA backlog, build, maintain, and publish reports, and take the lead in production issue resolution. This position may also oversee the department's automations by maintaining automation schedules, monitoring the automations to start and successfully complete on time, and manually start automations at their scheduled time.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Performing full lifecycle tasks (gathering / documenting business requirements, designing and developing low code / no code automations using Microsoft Power Platform including Power automate, Power Platform, Power Pages, testing, UAT, training, support)
  • Ability to analyze data and garner business processes through meetings and process recordings, converting them into well-structured business requirements and finally into technical specifications
  • Ability to design solutions with a repeatable foundation that abide by Asurion's compliance and security standards.
  • Meet with business stakeholders to provide suggestions based on your research and analysis.
  • Obtain agreement and signoff of new process from the business teams
  • Lead and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and signoff
  • Perform code review and QA testing on non-assigned automations
  • Lead daily stand up, sprint planning and month end close meetings
  • Lead production issue resolution within RPA SLAs
  • Write both business and technical documents supporting the automations
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures
  • Full ownership of assigned automations, both existing and newly developed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Provide regular & accurate reports including progress updates on assigned tasks

Here's what you'll bring to the team:

Technical skills:

  • 2 years minimum experience in Microsoft's Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps in a structured environment
  • 1-2 years experience working in Agile scrum methodologies
  • 3-4 years experience writing business requirements
  • Minimum 2 years creating detailed process maps with Visio
  • Understanding of how APIs are used to connect internal and external systems
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Create and manage User Acceptance Testing
  • Works well under pressure with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Leadership skills:

  • Be the vital link between the RPA team and our business partners as their advocate for automations
  • You should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be curious enough to ask probing questions and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users
  • Be an expert communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with the ability to work with limited supervision in a deadline driven detail oriented environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related course or its equivalent
  • Understanding of RPA principles with hands on experience
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams is a plus
