Description

Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for a Senior Analyst Revenue Cycle Systems - Remote. The Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Systems is responsible assisting with activities associated with Lifepoint's revenue cycle systems, application interfaces, maintenance, and customer support. Responsible for moderate to complex system issue resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Provide customer support and ticket issue resolution for moderate to complex issues with revenue cycle
    systems following Lifepoint's standardized workflow. Support issues between facilities and vendors.
  • Lead revenue cycle system team for upgrades, implementations, and testing; provide technical support to
    Health Support Center (HSC) and LifePoint facilities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to department leadership on scope and feasibility of revenue cycle projects.
  • Create project task list, project plans and documentation for strategic projects.
  • Develop customized reports using SEQUEL and distribute to leadership to support Lifepoint's business
    objectives.
  • Support and maintain legacy applications across various platforms.
  • Support new user setup for 3rd party vendors and communication applicable information.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for system application changes.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Access to and / or works with sensitive and / or confidential information.
  • Exhibit a understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application
    of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skills and/or abilities required.
Education: HS Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience: 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management. Med Host experience required.

Minimum overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air.
