In GENESYS, Innovations team builds solutions that enable our customers to get more value from their Genesys platforms. The Innovations team's primary job is to build new, innovative applications using AI and analytics, with the goal of helping our customers effectively and efficiently deliver experience as a service (XaaS).

Job Summary

In this role the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for defining, designing and delivering various Innovation Solutions and products with Genesys Cloud
  • End to end architecture, conducting customer discovery sessions, integrating multiple environments and implementing new leading-edge technology.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the solution, designing and implementing customer experiences using Genesys Cloud platform
  • Investigating and resolving complex technical and architecture issues.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and develop architecture solutions and blueprints for the customer experience center platform solutions
  • Lead and govern technical solutions meeting functional/non-functional requirements and drive technology solution implementations
  • Establish cloud platform governing and operating model
  • Provide best practice recommendations and optimization opportunities within the contact center experience platform
  • Building and implementing AI based solution especially with AWS and Google
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolution for complex implementation issues within the project plan and strategy; Ability to prioritize issues effectively and meet tight deadlines when required
  • Ability to consult with new customer prospects in the sales process to provide technical direction for upcoming complex engagements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and technical complexity; Ability to focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of technical, hands-on experience with Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud solution architecture
  • Experience as a Cloud Architect involving large scale cloud contact center experience using Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage platform
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$144,650.00 - $283,850.00
