Lipscomb Academy Summer Experience Camp Counselor/Assistant Position. This position will assist with Lipscomb Academy Summer Experience camps during the summer 2024.

Required Skills:*
The successful candidate must have:

• Desire to work with children
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with others
• Help provide a safe and inclusive environment for kids of all different backgrounds
• Manage your assigned group of campers. Take attendance, resolve camper issues, mitigate risks
• Excellent communication skills to represent Lipscomb Academy
• Ability to work well independently without direct supervision
• Excellent multitasking, time management and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond to emergency situations calmly and follow protocols
