This counselor position is for current Lipscomb undergraduate students who will serve as assistants to the camp directors for the two week Pionero Camp. This camp targets area students interested in becoming teachers. Counselors will help prepare for camp, support the logistics of running camp and feeding students, supervise students as they volunteer with area elementary students, and help lead activities around college and skill development.
