Program Manager, Provider Experience

Job Summary:

The Program Manager, Provider Experience is a critical member of the HR team and is responsible for supporting ArchWell Health's providers as they transition through the colleague life cycle. This role requires strong program and project management skills, attention to detail, strategic prioritization, and the confidence to communicate and drive accountability with cross-functional stakeholders of all levels. This role is integral to advancing and driving provider processes for a rapidly scaling multi-state medical group.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive project management of provider onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accountability for delivery from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and own a visible, centralized system of record for tracking the various workstreams involved in the provider onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support process improvement and automation opportunities in alignment with provider talent strategy objectives
  • Collect and analyze data about providers' colleague experience to identify opportunities for improvement and retention, build project plans, and drive them to completion
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify and deploy projects aimed to increase job enrichment and retention
  • Assist with maintenance of legal documents and provider records pertaining to the employee life cycle
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, and the ordering of lab coats, business cards, and other provider onboarding materials to create a white glove experience as providers enter the organization
  • Partner with HR Operations and Learning & Development to ensure providers are assigned the correct training modules, and track their completion during the onboarding process
  • Provide direct support to providers and clinical leaders navigating processes pertaining to the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, location and role changes, and promotional opportunities)
  • Recognize potential risks in provider onboarding and offboarding processes and implement proactive solutions
  • Additional projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to define problems and identify optimal solutions under tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage and deliver strategic projects, communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
  • Flexible, "find a way" mindset to achieve deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years (4) of project management, program coordination or similar experience strongly preferred
  • Experience influencing and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive accountability and adherence to deadlines
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars and schedules under a tight timeline
  • Experience partnering with providers preferred
