We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our IT Commercial team. The Solutions Architect, IT Commercial will be responsible for providing technical guidance and solutions across various commercial applications at Revance. They will be responsible for gathering business requirements across Sales, Medical Affairs and Sales Operations designing and coordinating technical solutions within a complex Salesforce org. The ideal candidate will have very strong communication skills, experience crafting solutions within complex Salesforce orgs and proven drive working with commercial teams. Experience with Healthcare Cloud, Veeva or IQVIA OCE CRM preferred.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial sales, operations and medical affairs teams to optimize their CRM utilization.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and provide consultative recommendations for process improvement and efficiencies to the business stakeholders.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.
  • Create implementation requirements and develop IT plans with stakeholders based on organization's technological needs and requirements.
  • Liaison between business and technical teams to gather business requirements, approve specifications for new functionality and manage project plans including scheduling, costs, resources and other operational concerns.
  • Improve training and operational procedures within the business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors to manage vendor projects that interact with the commercial applications.
  • Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Maintain change management processes including drafting user acceptance testing and training documents.

What qualifications you need to be successful in this role:

  • Required Experience
    • 5+ years relevant experience working with Salesforce, Veeva CRM or Iqvia OCE.
    • 5+ years relevant experience working as a business systems/operations analyst.
  • Preferred Experience
    • 7+ years relevant experience working with Salesforce, Veeva CRM or Iqvia OCE.
    • 7+ years relevant experience working as a business systems/operations analyst.
  • Required Education
    • Minimum Required: BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Education
    • Advanced degree in Computer Science I Engineering I Science or related field.
