Job Overview / Scope: | The support team for Sony/ATV supports 900 users across 34 countries. They have 3 L2 Technicians currently, with one located in Nashville and two in London. The L1 Team has 6, with 3 in London, 1 in Nashville, 1 in LA, and 1 in NYC. The L2 will be pitching in primarily on Widows Server administration and support, plus handling disc and tape backups. Also pitching in with virtualization support for ESXi across 2 data centers. Old Summary list of skills

About Client: | Sony/ATV is the worlds #1 music publisher. They are HQ'd out of New York, they have a local operation down on Church Street in downtown Nashville. The business unit that we are working with handles royalties for song writers and musicians, just like BMI. We have 5 BAs supporting them now, and we have an L2 resource working onsite in Nashville and in their NYC location. |
