Overview

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for all work related to preparing and shipping printer and supply products to Card@Once customers. Also responsible for receiving inventory into the warehouse management system, perform weekly inventory counts, help manage all inventory in the warehouse, process and document returns, and research questions as needed.

Responsibilities
    Receive Card@Once printer and supply orders and prepare to ship to the customer. For each shipment, verify items packaged to be shipped match the sales order.
  • Prepare and package all Card@Once supply orders including scanning on the FedEx machine to produce shipping labels for placement on the shipping cartons.
  • Prepare and package all Card@Once equipment orders including scanning on FedEx machine to produce shipping labels for placement on the shipping cartons.
  • Responsible for equipment provisioning process and testing for all printers.
  • Document daily all items returned to Card@Once on shared Excel spreadsheet.
  • Perform weekly inventory counts for all inventory items for all current and future vendors.
  • Diagnose RMA printers and update their respective printer return ticket in Podio.
  • Submit list of non-functioning PIN pads to accounting department on a monthly basis to help generate RMA request with PIN pad vendor, ID Tech.
  • Repair out of warranty and damaged printers as needed. Involve vendor if cannot be repaired.
  • Submit printer parts used in repairs to vendor for credit.
  • Organizing inventory in warehouse.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient communication skills including reading, writing and speaking in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis in Excel;
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate effectively with others in a diverse environment;
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural, rapidly changing environment;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Background in hardware, such as putting computers together or disassembling/reassembling hardware.
